Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Payment Methods Accepted:

Debit Cards
Cash (local currency only)
Prepaid Hotel Vouchers

  1. Payment Schedule:

At Booking:

A deposit of Full payment is required for all reservations.
For special events or packages, full prepayment might be required.
At Check-In:

Guests are required to provide a valid credit or debit card for incidental charges.
The remaining balance of the stay is due at check-in.
Early Departure:

Guests departing earlier than their scheduled checkout date will be charged for the full duration of their originally booked stay.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% deduction.
No refund will be given for no-shows or early departures.

  1. Additional Charges:

Any additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., minibar, phone calls, room service) will be added to the final bill.
Taxes and service charges are added to the room rate as per local regulations.
